Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and earthwork operations with precision
- Assist carpenters, masons, and equipment operators on active construction sites
- Load/unload materials and maintain organized job site inventory
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and PPE requirements
- Operate hand/power tools including saws, drills, and compactors
- Read basic blueprints and follow supervisor instructions accurately
- Perform routine equipment maintenance and daily site cleanup
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction labor experience required
- Valid OSHA 10-Hour Construction certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Must possess reliable transportation and punctual work ethic
- Basic blueprint reading and measurement skills essential
- Experience with power tools and heavy equipment operation a plus
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and team collaboration
- Pennsylvania driver's license required
