Responsibilities
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris and setting up safety barriers
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, bulldozers, forklifts)
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical schematics
- Mix, pour, and finish concrete structures
- Install scaffolding and temporary structures
- Assist with plumbing, electrical, and framing tasks
- Maintain equipment and report maintenance needs
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction labor experience
- OSHA 10-hour certification required
- Valid Colorado driver's license
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds regularly
