Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites safely.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with daily tasks, including framing, drywalling, and general site preparation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area at all times.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools as directed by supervisors.
- Follow all OSHA safety protocols and company policies strictly.
- Perform digging, trenching, and other physical labor as required.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to the job site.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and a strong desire to learn are preferred but not required.
