Responsibilities
- Execute construction tasks including site preparation, material handling, and equipment operation
- Follow blueprints and safety protocols to maintain project accuracy and compliance
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other trades with specialized construction activities
- Operate hand/power tools and machinery safely and efficiently
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and proper waste disposal
- Participate in daily team briefings and progress updates
- Report hazards and maintain OSHA compliance standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of commercial/residential construction experience
- Valid O-10 certification or ability to obtain immediately
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and materials
- Strong teamwork ethic and communication skills
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends
