Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and foundation work with precision
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, bulldozers) safely and efficiently
- Assist carpenters and masons with material handling and installation
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and environmental standards
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and manage debris removal
- Read and interpret blueprints to support project specifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet tight deadlines
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on construction/labor experience
- Valid OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Basic machinery operation skills (excavator, forklift, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety excellence
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Ability to work in all weather conditions and flexible schedules
