Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand trucks.
- Site Preparation: Assist in preparing job sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and leveling ground.
- Tool Operation: Operate basic power tools and hand tools under supervision to support the crew.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Site Cleanup: Maintain a clean and organized work area at the end of each shift.
- Support Trades: Assist carpenters, electricians, and other skilled trades as needed.
Qualifications
- No Experience Necessary: We provide on-the-job training for the right candidates.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50+ pounds frequently and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Punctual attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Communication: Basic ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
- Transportation: Must have reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime when needed.
