- Maintain clean, organized job sites by removing debris and ensuring safety compliance
- Operate hand/power tools safely under supervision (training provided)
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment efficiently
- Follow verbal instructions and collaborate with team members on daily objectives
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Support various construction phases including framing, demolition, and finishing
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required – we train motivated newcomers
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks (lifting, bending, standing for extended periods)
- Valid driver's license preferred (not mandatory)
- Strong work ethic and punctuality are essential
