Responsibilities
- Execute precise concrete pouring, finishing, and curing techniques
- Operate heavy machinery including excavators, forklifts, and jackhammers
- Install and erect scaffolding, formwork, and structural components
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols on active construction sites
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Perform site preparation, excavation, and land clearing operations
- Maintain equipment cleanliness and conduct pre/post-operation inspections
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years verified construction labor experience
- OSHA 10/30 certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds repeatedly and work in extreme weather
- Expertise with power tools and heavy machinery operation
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Must possess own basic hand tools (hammer, tape measure, level)
