Responsibilities
- Execute precise construction tasks including excavation, concrete pouring, and framing
- Operate heavy machinery (skid steers, forklifts) with OSHA certification
- Read and interpret blueprints for accurate material assembly
- Maintain strict safety protocols and job site cleanliness
- Collaborate with skilled trades (carpenters, electricians, plumbers)
- Perform demolition and site preparation work
- Assist in material inventory and equipment maintenance
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction labor experience
- Valid OSHA 30-hour certification
- Class B CDL preferred (heavy equipment operation)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in extreme weather
- Knowledge of California construction regulations
- Basic blueprint reading skills
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Pre-employment drug screening required
