Responsibilities
- Assist with the assembly, dismantling, and construction of various structures and frameworks.
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment from delivery trucks.
- Operate basic construction tools and machinery under the supervision of skilled tradespeople.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work site in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Perform physical tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying, and standing for extended periods.
- Follow verbal and written instructions regarding job site safety and procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not always required.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (50+ lbs) repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic understanding of construction safety protocols and site cleanliness.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions (heat, rain, cold).
- Valid Driver's License (preferred for site transportation).
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work well in a team environment.
