Responsibilities
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely

- Assist skilled tradesmen with concrete, framing, and finishing tasks
- Follow strict OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean work areas
- Perform physical tasks: digging, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and carrying
Qualifications
- Must be physically fit and able to work in outdoor conditions
- Available for weekend shifts (Sat/Sun, 6 AM - 4 PM)
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Reliable transportation to job sites across San Diego County
- Willingness to learn and follow detailed instructions
