Responsibilities
- Perform general manual labor tasks on construction sites, including digging, lifting, and carrying materials.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with specific tasks such as framing, drywalling, or painting.
- Operate power tools and construction equipment safely and efficiently.
- Prepare construction sites by removing debris, marking areas, and setting up temporary barriers.
- Ensure all work areas remain clean, organized, and comply with safety regulations.
- Transport tools and materials to and from the work site as directed.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- Basic understanding of construction safety standards (OSHA) is preferred.
- Reliable transportation to the job site.
- High school diploma or GED is a plus, but not strictly required.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and willingness to learn.
