Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the job site efficiently.
- Assist skilled tradesmen with various tasks, including carpentry, framing, and concrete pouring.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate hand and power tools safely under the supervision of a foreman.
- Assist in the setup and teardown of scaffolding and temporary structures.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols to ensure a hazard-free workplace.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including standing, bending, and lifting.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety standards is preferred but not required.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and possess a strong work ethic.
- High school diploma or GED is a plus.
