Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, and fixtures in residential and commercial buildings.
- Interpret blueprints and technical diagrams to plan electrical layouts and circuits.
- Perform routine inspections and safety checks to ensure compliance with local and national electrical codes (NEC).
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults, power outages, and equipment malfunctions efficiently.
- Ensure all work meets safety standards and is performed with high-quality craftsmanship.
- Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and team members regarding progress and issues.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
Qualifications
- Certified Journeyman Electrician License (required) or equivalent extensive experience.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Strong knowledge of electrical theory, circuitry, and safety protocols.
- Ability to read and interpret technical schematics and blueprints.
- Physical stamina to work in various environments, including heights and confined spaces.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel between job sites in LA and surrounding areas.
