Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential/commercial settings
- Interpret blueprints and technical schematics with precision
- Ensure compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) and California regulations
- Diagnose electrical faults using advanced testing equipment
- Lead crews on medium-scale projects while maintaining safety protocols
- Train junior electricians on best practices and safety standards
- Manage inventory and order electrical materials efficiently
Qualifications
- Valid California Electrician Journeyman License (required)
- Minimum 3 years commercial/residential experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Expertise in conduit bending, circuit design, and troubleshooting
- Strong knowledge of NEC updates and CA Title 24 requirements
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various environments
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Spanish bilingualism preferred (not required)
