Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to plan electrical layouts.
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and safety checks to ensure compliance with local and national codes.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults and system failures efficiently.
- Ensure all work meets the highest safety standards and quality control requirements.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to provide updates and solutions.
Qualifications
- Valid New Mexico Journeyman or Master Electrician License.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in electrical work.
- Strong working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local regulations.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively on job sites.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Physical ability to climb ladders, work in confined spaces, and lift heavy materials.
