Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, circuits, and fixtures in residential and commercial properties.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to plan electrical layouts.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical issues to ensure optimal system performance.
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes (NEC).
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to all OSHA safety regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating project status and explaining technical details clearly.
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on electrical equipment.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman Electrician License in the state of Texas.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in commercial and residential electrical work.
- Strong knowledge of electrical theory, wiring techniques, and power distribution systems.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints and CAD drawings.
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- OSHA 30-hour Safety Certification preferred.
