Job Overview
As an Electrician at Apex, you will be responsible for the safe installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. You will work closely with our project managers to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Responsibilities
- Install and maintain wiring, lighting, and control systems in residential, commercial, and industrial buildings.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams.
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure system functionality and safety compliance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical issues efficiently.
- Ensure all work adheres to local, state, and national electrical codes and regulations.
- Maintain a clean and safe job site at all times.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding project progress.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman Electrician License or equivalent certification.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in electrical installation and maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of electrical theory, NEC codes, and safety protocols.
- Proficiency in using electrical testing equipment and hand tools.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to travel to job sites in Ohio and Pennsylvania.
