Responsibilities
- Assist Senior Electricians: Support the team with wiring, lighting installation, and electrical panel upgrades under supervision.
- Site Preparation: Help prepare job sites by moving materials, laying cables, and ensuring a clean work environment.
- Tool Handling: Learn to use and maintain standard electrical tools, testers, and safety equipment.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols to ensure a safe workspace.
- Customer Service: Interact with clients professionally, explaining work progress and maintaining a positive reputation.
- Read Blueprints: Begin learning to interpret basic electrical blueprints and schematics.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We are willing to train the right candidate from scratch.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs, climbing ladders, and working in various weather conditions.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with basic measurements and calculations.
- Valid Driver's License: Must have a current driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to job sites.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on safety and precision in all tasks.
- Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and eager to work full-time.
