Responsibilities
- Perform routine plumbing repairs and maintenance tasks under the close supervision of senior technicians.
- Assist with the installation of piping systems, fixtures, and water heaters in residential and commercial properties.
- Inspect plumbing systems to identify leaks, clogs, or potential issues and report findings to the foreman.
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain technical issues, provide estimates, and ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times.
- Adhere to all local building codes, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation are mandatory.
- Physically capable of lifting heavy equipment (50+ lbs) and working in tight spaces or at heights.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime during peak seasons.
- Basic math skills and mechanical aptitude are highly preferred.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
