Responsibilities
- Assist master plumbers with residential and commercial plumbing installations and repairs
- Learn to diagnose plumbing issues using industry-standard diagnostic tools
- Perform pipe cutting, threading, and fitting assembly under supervision
- Install and repair fixtures (faucets, toilets, water heaters, etc.)
- Conduct routine maintenance checks and plumbing system inspections
- Adhere to safety protocols and building codes in all operations
- Maintain clean work sites and proper tool inventory
Qualifications
- No prior plumbing experience required - we train from the ground up!
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Dallas metro
- Willingness to obtain Texas plumbing license within 12 months
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Team player with excellent communication skills
