Responsibilities
- Assist licensed plumbers in residential and commercial installations/repairs
- Learn and implement safety protocols and building codes
- Operate hand/power tools and diagnostic equipment
- Perform system inspections and basic maintenance tasks
- Document work orders and maintain clean job sites
- Participate in paid training programs (40 hours/month)
- Collaborate with team members on complex projects
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid California driver's license (must maintain throughout employment)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Basic math/measurement skills
- No prior plumbing experience necessary
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Must possess own basic hand tools
