Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential/commercial settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) and local regulations
- Diagnose electrical issues using testing equipment and troubleshooting techniques
- Supervise apprentices and junior electricians on complex projects
- Coordinate with contractors, clients, and building inspectors
- Maintain clean, safe work environments and adhere to OSHA standards
Qualifications
- Valid Texas Journeyman Electrician license (mandatory)
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on electrical experience
- Proven expertise with conduit bending, circuit design, and panel upgrades
- Familiarity with energy-efficient systems (solar, EV charging)
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex electrical faults
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- Reliable transportation and clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends/on-call
