Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance in residential and commercial buildings.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to determine layout and wiring.
- Ensure all work complies with local and national electrical codes (NEC) and safety regulations.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical systems efficiently and accurately.
- Provide exceptional customer service by explaining work clearly and maintaining a clean work area.
- Collaborate with project managers and other tradespeople to ensure project deadlines are met.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Qualifications
- Valid Oregon Journeyman Electrician License required.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in commercial and residential electrical work.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing equipment (multimeters, voltage detectors).
- Strong understanding of electrical theory, circuitry, and wiring methods.
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
