Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems in commercial and residential settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) and local regulations
- Diagnose electrical issues using advanced testing equipment
- Lead apprentice electricians and coordinate project timelines
- Perform safety inspections and implement hazard prevention protocols
- Manage inventory and order necessary materials for projects
Qualifications
- Valid Wisconsin electrician license (or equivalent reciprocity)
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on electrical experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Proficiency in conduit bending, circuit design, and power distribution
- Strong troubleshooting abilities with complex electrical systems
- Commercial and residential project experience
- Excellent communication and team leadership skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
