Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance in residential and commercial properties.
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to plan layouts and installations.
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes and safety regulations.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical issues efficiently and effectively.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure system reliability.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding project progress and requirements.
Qualifications
- Journeyman Electrician License (or valid Apprentice license with 3+ years experience).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in the field.
- Strong working knowledge of NEC codes and local building regulations.
- Ability to read and understand electrical blueprints and schematics.
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
- Reliable transportation and tools (or willingness to purchase a tool package).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
