Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality residential and commercial electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical plans to ensure compliance with the National Electrical Code (NEC).
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical issues efficiently to minimize downtime.
- Ensure all work adheres to local building codes and safety regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including clear communication regarding project timelines and costs.
- Utilize hand and power tools, including multi-meters and circuit testers, effectively.
- Assist in mentoring junior electricians and apprentices when necessary.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman or Master Electrician License in the state of Missouri (or willingness to obtain reciprocity for NC opportunities).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in commercial and residential electrical work.
- Strong working knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, circuit breakers, and transformers.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Physical stamina to work in various conditions, including heights and confined spaces.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
