Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems per NEC and California standards
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Perform system diagnostics and implement repair solutions
- Collaborate with project teams on complex installations
- Ensure strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols
- Manage material inventory and coordinate equipment logistics
- Provide technical guidance to apprentices and junior electricians
Qualifications
- Valid California Electrician License (Class C or higher)
- Minimum 3 years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- Proven expertise with conduit bending, wiring, and circuit design
- Familiarity with energy-efficient systems and smart home technology
- OSHA 10/30 certification preferred
- Strong troubleshooting skills for complex electrical issues
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
