Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems for residential/commercial clients
- Read blueprints and technical schematics to execute precise wiring projects
- Ensure compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) and local regulations
- Diagnose electrical faults using advanced testing equipment
- Lead crews on emergency service calls and critical installations
- Train junior electricians on safety protocols and best practices

Qualifications
- Valid Virginia electrician license (Journeyman/Master required)
- 5+ years of hands-on electrical experience
- Proven expertise in troubleshooting complex electrical systems
- OSHA 10/30 certification or equivalent safety training
- Strong knowledge of NEC, IBC, and Virginia electrical codes
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
