Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems per NEC standards
- Diagnose and resolve complex electrical malfunctions using advanced tools
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Lead project teams and coordinate with construction supervisors
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and OSHA regulations
- Manage client communications and project documentation
- Mentor junior electricians and apprentices
Qualifications
- Virginia state electrician license (Journeyman/Master)
- 5+ years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- Proven expertise with PLC systems and industrial controls
- Strong troubleshooting skills for complex electrical systems
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
