Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance in residential and commercial settings.
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine project layout.
- Ensure all work strictly adheres to the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local building regulations.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical systems efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site at all times.
- Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and other tradespeople.
- Assist in mentoring junior apprentices and technicians.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman or Master Electrician License in Washington State.
- Minimum of 5 years of verifiable, hands-on work experience.
- Strong working knowledge of electrical systems, circuitry, and power distribution.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records check.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
