Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair complex plumbing systems, including pipes, drains, and fixtures, ensuring all work meets local codes and safety standards.
- Perform emergency plumbing services for commercial and residential clients with a focus on rapid response and high-quality workmanship.
- Install, maintain, and upgrade plumbing systems, including water heaters, backflow preventers, and piping networks.
- Conduct thorough inspections to identify potential issues and provide detailed estimates to clients before starting any project.
- Ensure all tools and equipment are maintained in good working order and adhere to safety protocols on job sites.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including clear communication regarding project timelines and costs.
- Mentor junior staff and assist with on-site supervision when required.
Qualifications
- Valid Master Plumber License issued by the state of Massachusetts is mandatory.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial and residential plumbing.
- Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
- Reliable transportation and professional tool set.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
