Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain complex plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Lead emergency response teams for urgent pipe bursts, leaks, and drainage failures
- Perform diagnostic testing using advanced tools (video inspection, pressure gauges)
- Train junior plumbers on safety protocols and technical best practices
- Manage project timelines and coordinate with contractors/clients
- Ensure compliance with Texas Plumbing Code and OSHA regulations
- Quote projects and provide transparent cost estimates to clients
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of plumbing experience with 2+ years as Master Plumber
- Texas Master Plumber License (required)
- Expertise in backflow prevention, water heater systems, and pipe rehabilitation
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Availability for 24/7 emergency on-call rotations
