Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Diagnose complex plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Ensure compliance with DC plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Manage projects from blueprint to completion with minimal supervision
- Train junior plumbers on best practices and safety protocols
- Provide exceptional customer service and detailed documentation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Valid DC Master Plumber license (mandatory)
- Expertise in pipefitting, drain cleaning, and fixture installation
- Ability to read blueprints and technical schematics
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
