Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties
- Diagnose and resolve complex plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Lead emergency response teams for urgent plumbing crises
- Ensure all work complies with DC plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Train and mentor junior plumbers on best practices
- Manage inventory and order plumbing materials efficiently
- Prepare detailed work reports and client estimates
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Valid DC Master Plumber license required
- Expert knowledge of DC plumbing codes and regulations
- Experience with trenchless technology and green plumbing systems
- Proven ability to lead emergency response teams
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
