Responsibilities
- Execute the installation, maintenance, and repair of complex electrical systems and wiring.
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to ensure accurate project execution.
- Ensure strict adherence to local, state, and national electrical codes (NEC) and OSHA safety standards.
- Respond to emergency service calls during the night shift and resolve issues with minimal downtime.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults using advanced diagnostic meters and testing equipment.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure equipment longevity.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site, removing debris and securing tools after each task.
Qualifications
- Licensure: Valid Journeyman Electrician license issued by the State of Missouri.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of verifiable experience in commercial and residential electrical work.
- Availability: Must be willing and able to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM).
- Tools: Own or have reliable access to a personal set of electrical tools.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to coordinate with the day shift supervision team.
- Driver's License: Valid Class C Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Problem Solving: Ability to troubleshoot electrical issues under pressure and in various weather conditions.
