Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential and commercial plumbing issues efficiently, including leaks, clogs, and pipe bursts.
- Perform routine maintenance and installations, such as water heater repairs, toilet installations, and fixture replacements.
- Inspect plumbing systems to ensure they meet local codes and safety standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service by explaining technical issues in clear, non-technical language and providing accurate quotes.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work vehicle and job site.
- Document all work orders and maintain accurate records of parts and labor used.
Qualifications
- Valid California Journeyman or Master Plumber License is required.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on plumbing experience in residential and commercial settings.
- Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations in San Diego.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical schematics.
- Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record.
- Availability to work weekends and evenings for emergency calls.
