Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Diagnose issues via inspection and diagnostic tools
- Adhere to Massachusetts plumbing codes and safety standards
- Manage emergency service calls with rapid response
- Collaborate with construction teams for new installations
- Maintain accurate service reports and inventory
- Mentor junior technicians when required
Qualifications
- 5+ years of plumbing experience (residential/commercial)
- Valid Massachusetts Journeyman Plumber license required
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Clean driving record and valid driver's license
- Experience with trenchless pipe repair a plus
