Responsibilities
- Install and Repair: Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, fixtures, and appliances according to local codes and regulations.
- Diagnosis: Diagnose and troubleshoot complex plumbing issues efficiently and accurately.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to clients by explaining work and answering questions clearly.
- Tools & Safety: Maintain and use all necessary tools and equipment safely and in good working order.
- Project Management: Manage job sites to ensure cleanliness, safety compliance, and timely project completion.
- Inventory: Monitor and manage material usage to prevent waste and control costs.
Qualifications
- Licensure: Valid State of Florida Plumbing License is required.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in residential and commercial plumbing.
- Tools: Reliable transportation and own set of professional plumbing tools.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
