Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and install residential and commercial plumbing systems efficiently and accurately.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine layout and installation.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections to identify potential issues before they become emergencies.
- Ensure all work is performed in compliance with local, state, and national plumbing codes.
- Communicate clearly with customers to explain technical issues and provide transparent estimates.
- Utilize hand and power tools, including pipe wrenches, threaders, and soldering equipment.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and others.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman or Master Plumber License in North Carolina or Virginia.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in commercial and residential plumbing.
- Strong knowledge of piping systems, water heaters, and drainage fixtures.
- Ability to lift heavy loads (up to 50 lbs) and work in confined spaces or at heights.
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record and reliable transportation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
