Responsibilities
- Perform installations, repairs, and maintenance of residential and commercial plumbing systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex plumbing issues efficiently and accurately.
- Adhere to all local, state, and national plumbing codes and safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain issues and provide transparent quotes.
- Manage job sites professionally, ensuring tools are maintained and waste is disposed of correctly.
- Train junior staff and mentor apprentices as required.
Qualifications
- Valid Texas State Plumbing License (Master or Journeyman).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in commercial and residential plumbing.
- Strong knowledge of pipefitting, fixture installation, and leak detection.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical schematics.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and customer service orientation.
