Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential and commercial plumbing systems, including leaks, clogs, and pipe bursts.
- Install, maintain, and replace water heaters, faucets, toilets, and drainage systems.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to execute accurate installations.
- Perform regular maintenance inspections to ensure system efficiency and safety compliance.
- Communicate clearly with customers to explain technical issues and provide transparent estimates.
- Manage tools and equipment, ensuring a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not mandatory.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation are required.
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects and work in confined spaces (attics, crawl spaces).
- Basic math skills for measuring and calculating material requirements.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Must be available for overtime and emergency call-outs.
