Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair piping systems for water, drainage, and gas distribution.
- Diagnose and fix complex plumbing issues such as leaks, clogs, and burst pipes.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections of commercial and residential plumbing systems.
- Ensure all work complies with strict local New York building codes and safety regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman or Master Plumber License in New York State required.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional plumbing experience in a commercial setting.
- Strong knowledge of pipefitting, welding, and soldering techniques.
- Ability to read and understand technical schematics and blueprints.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and physical stamina.
- Must have own reliable transportation and basic tool set.
