Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Diagnose pipe leaks, clogs, and water heater malfunctions
- Read blueprints and follow building codes for compliance
- Provide emergency plumbing services 24/7 on rotation
- Estimate project costs and materials for client approvals
- Maintain clean workspaces and proper tool inventory
- Train junior plumbers on best practices and safety protocols
Qualifications
- 5+ years of plumbing experience with valid Texas state license
- OSHA 10 certification and CPR/First Aid training
- Proficiency with trenchless pipe repair and video inspection tools
- Strong problem-solving skills under pressure
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Experience with plumbing software for scheduling/invoicing
- Flexible availability for weekend/evening emergency calls
