Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair complex plumbing systems, including water heaters, drains, and sewage lines.
- Install new piping systems and fixtures according to local building codes and blueprints.
- Perform routine maintenance and preventive maintenance checks.
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain technical issues and provide accurate estimates.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman or Master Plumber License (or equivalent significant experience).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in commercial and residential plumbing.
- Strong working knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints, schematics, and drawings.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
