Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Diagnose and resolve complex plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Perform preventative maintenance on fixtures, pipes, and water systems
- Ensure all work complies with NYC plumbing codes and safety standards
- Provide exceptional customer service with clear communication and problem-solving
- Collaborate with project managers and other trade professionals
- Prepare detailed work reports and maintain inventory of materials
Qualifications
- Valid New York State plumbing license required
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on plumbing experience
- Expert knowledge of NYC plumbing codes and regulations
- Proficiency in trenchless pipe repair and hydro-jetting
- Strong diagnostic skills for water leaks and system failures
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
