Responsibilities
- Perform electrical installations, maintenance, and repair work in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to plan installations.
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes (NEC).
- Test and troubleshoot electrical systems to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently.
- Install and maintain lighting systems, wiring, circuit breakers, and other electrical components.
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate project status clearly to clients.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure a safe work environment.
Qualifications
- Certified Journeyman Electrician license required.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in electrical work.
- Strong knowledge of electrical theory, circuits, and power distribution.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Physical stamina to work in various environments, including heights and confined spaces.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
