Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain complex plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues efficiently to minimize downtime for clients.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to plan installations.
- Ensure all work complies with local and state building codes and safety regulations.
- Perform regular maintenance checks to prevent future failures and ensure system longevity.
- Provide exceptional customer service, explaining technical issues clearly to clients.
- Collaborate with construction teams on new builds and renovations.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman or Master Plumber License in North Carolina.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in commercial and residential plumbing.
- Strong knowledge of pipefitting, drainage systems, and water heaters.
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs) and work in various weather conditions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
