Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and install complex plumbing systems, including water heaters, drainage, and piping.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout of plumbing systems, water supply networks, and waste and drainage systems.
- Perform quality assurance checks to ensure all installations meet local and national plumbing codes.
- Respond to emergency service calls and provide solutions in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate technical issues clearly to clients.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman Plumber License in California.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in commercial and residential plumbing.
- Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and schematics.
- Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and emergency call-outs.
