Responsibilities
- Execute construction tasks including excavation, concrete pouring, framing, and finish work
- Operate hand/power tools and heavy machinery safely (forklifts, excavators)
- Read and interpret blueprints and project specifications
- Maintain clean and organized job sites per OSHA standards
- Collaborate with supervisors, contractors, and team members
- Report safety hazards and equipment malfunctions
- Adhere to project timelines and quality standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Flexibility to work nights/weekends on project deadlines
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screening
